General Information

All of the orders are subjected to the availability of the product. If the item is out of stock at the time you place the order, we will let you know and will refund the total amount to the original payment method.

Delivery Location

Items available on our website can be delivered to addresses in Bangalore city only.

Delivery Time

Once the order is placed, we will offer you an estimated delivery time. The delivery date is calculated from the shipping date, rather than the order date. However, we invest all our efforts to deliver your order within 15 business days, counting from the order date. Also, the delivery date might vary because of carrier shipping practices, method of delivery and delivery location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged on the basis of your order weight. To figure out how much the order might cost you, add the item to the cart and move forward to the checkout page. At the checkout screen, you can see the shipping charges. Additional charges may apply if the shipping is to remote areas.

If you receive a damage packaging or product, kindly contact us within 24 hours of the delivery.
