Cancellation

Unfortunately, if you want to cancel your order, you will have to do so before your order is shipping. If you have made the payment in advance, we will refund the full amount. Since these are food products, any transit damage or loss of shelf life will make them unsuitable for resale/reuse and thus we cannot cancel the shipment. To cancel the order, you will have to drop an email with a valid reason to our customer care team.

Return

If the packaging gets damaged or tampered during the delivery, we request you to email us within 24 hours of the package delivery along with your order number and photographic evidence. Our team will assess the genuineness of the claim and will issue the refund.

Refund

Only under the situation of valid cancellation requests, we initiate the refund against your order within 10 working days from the cancellation date. The amount is transferred to the original mode of payment.
